No. That’s the point of the Managed Service: you don’t need to hire specialists, build infrastructure, or manage models and integrations yourself.

A workflow is an agentic, AI-powered process running inside your business, built to take on what’s repetitive and tedious — the tasks that hold your team back from doing what they do best. A BAU is the unit it handles: a purchase order, an invoice, a guest request, a compliance report, a patient case, or another measurable outcome. One workflow can generate many BAUs each month.

Your workflow is co-designed by two kinds of expertise. Industry practitioners, leaders with decades of real, human experience across specific fields — supply chain, hospitality, pharmacy, and others — define what your workflow needs to do and why it matters. Our expert engineers then build and install it, turning that human experience into a working, agentic system that optimizes your business.

Most workflows go live in 1 to 2 weeks, across three fast-moving stages. Discovery (1–2 days): we map exactly what you need while your environment is already being prepared behind the scenes. Implementation and pilot testing (3–6 days): we build your workflow and put it to the test against your real operations. Go-live (1–2 days): once the pilot earns your sign-off, we launch and Managed Service takes over. More complex workflows — more process steps, more systems to connect — may take a little longer. We’ll map out your exact timeline during discovery.

Yes. Optimizing your workflow is part of the Managed Service. We monitor how it performs and refine it based on that feedback.

If you go over your monthly BAU allowance, you can top up with additional BAU as needed.

Yes. Each new workflow has a minimum monthly BAU: $500 on Business, or $2,000 on Business Regulated.

Your monthly plan price is a minimum commitment, so any unused BAU doesn’t carry over into the next month.

Business is the leaner version of SlashFlow, a lower entry point covering a fully managed AI operation without compliance work or a dedicated private cloud. Business Regulated is the full SlashFlow offering: everything in Business, plus GDPR, PDPA & EU AI Act readiness, a Private AI Cloud running open-weight models in a controlled, internet-isolated environment, and enhanced controls, oversight, and compliance coverage.

Yes. You can move between Business and Business Regulated as your needs change.

Yes. Both plans start with one workflow, with one more added every month. If you need to move faster — adding more than one workflow in a month, or a workflow that’s more complex — is quoted separately.

The Pilot lets you see it work before you commit: we’ll run one real workflow in your business for four weeks, with zero commitment on your end. It comes with no implementation fee, no platform fee, and your first $500 of AI usage covered. Additional usage stays capped and predictable, no surprise costs.

After the four weeks, the choice is yours: move onto a subscription plan, Business or Business Regulated, or discontinue the workflow.

The Private AI Cloud is SlashFlow’s own AI infrastructure: open-weight models running inside a controlled, internet-isolated environment, instead of public AI services. Because it’s self-contained, your data and workflows never leave that environment, and none of it trains models outside your business. It’s included in the Business Regulated plan.

Public AI infrastructure runs your data through third-party services, often on infrastructure shared with other companies, and processed over the open internet. The Private AI Cloud is built specifically around your operation and kept inside a controlled, internet-isolated environment, so your data isn’t exposed to shared infrastructure or subject to how an outside provider handles it.

Yes. The Private AI Cloud is isolated per customer, so your data and workflows are never shared with or accessible to other businesses on SlashFlow.

No, it’s included in Business Regulated only.

SlashFlow’s Business Regulated plan is built to be GDPR, PDPA & EU AI Act ready. That matters because the workflows a BAU covers — invoices, guest records, compliance reports, patient cases — are often exactly the kind of personal or regulated data these laws govern. GDPR and PDPA set strict rules for how that data is handled, with real financial penalties for non-compliance, and the EU AI Act adds specific obligations for AI systems classified as high-risk, like documentation and human oversight. For a business running AI on this kind of data, meeting these standards isn’t optional — it’s what keeps the operation legally sound. Our starter option, the Business plan, doesn’t carry this coverage on its own; not every business is yet operating under these regulations, so it isn’t necessary from day one. When it becomes relevant, upgrading to Business Regulated brings you into compliance.

Once discovery wraps up, onboarding begins: we implement your workflow according to your requirements, then run a pilot test against your real operations. Once that pilot is signed off, we go live and Managed Service takes over.
